Creekside PIF Medical Equipment Loan Closet is a community resource of equipment intended to support individuals living with short term disabilities. All equipment is loaned on a temporary basis and at no charge. Continued usage will be evaluated by the PIF Intake Team and the resident at the end of the normal loan out period.

How does this program work?

Typically the loan closet receives donated (new or gently used) equipment from people who no longer need it. We refurbish and sanitize donated equipment, make any minor repairs, and then make it available to Creekside residents. The equipment may be loaned out for as long as the person needs it. When the equipment is returned, it is cleaned again, checked for safety, and then made available for the next person.
