Getting Help
Requests may be made by residents, a resident’s family, neighbor, friend, PIF board member or a volunteer.
We utilize "Meal Train" and "SignUpGenius" to manage requests
There are several ways to request assistance:
- Reach out to any member of the PIF Board
- Send an email to Creeksidebp1@gmail.com - this account is monitored by PIF officers.
- Fill out the online form
- Print the Paper Form and give or send to a member of the board
If sending the request by email, please include the following:
- Details of the need to correctly route the request
- Sensitivity and/or privacy concerns
- Contact information (name, address, phone number, email address)
